Factory Service

All service in North America is performed out of our Farmington Hills, MI (Detroit) office and laboratory. To ensure that our service and support remains at the highest quality, no outside service representatives or calibration labs are used. Cosmo-related work will only be completed by Cosmo-trained employees.

No Service Contracts

Cosmo equipment is designed to run for many years of worry-free operation. In fact, we currently have testers over 20 years old that are still in production today. We feels so strongly about the durability of our equipment that there is no need for expensive service contracts.
