Living up to our reputation as a “World leader in leak and flow testing” requires, not only the best equipment, but also the highest level of customer service. That is why after the sale, we uphold our commitment to offer unrivaled installation, service, and technical support to aid our customers on all aspects of the application.
All service in North America is performed out of our Farmington Hills, MI (Detroit) office and laboratory. To ensure that our service and support remains at the highest quality, no outside service representatives or calibration labs are used. Cosmo-related work will only be completed by Cosmo-trained employees.
Cosmo equipment is designed to run for many years of worry-free operation. In fact, we currently have testers over 20 years old that are still in production today. We feels so strongly about the durability of our equipment that there is no need for expensive service contracts.
Cosmo can provide service and support on most makes and models of non-Cosmo leak and flow test equipment. If you are unhappy with your current equipment or equipment manufacturer, please contact us to discover how we can support and improve your testing system.
